Mary - November 21, 2011
Posted: November 21, 2011 | Last Revised: November 21, 2011
I started helping Mary out about a year ago. She was such a joy for me to be around, she was always making me laugh. Whatever the situation, no matter how bad she felt, she always said something to make me laugh. With me she was always good hearted and kind. My son Noah loved her, and she loved him backa. A lot of times he would go over and check on her himself to make sure she was ok, of course she would always reward him with a piece of candy and a hug.
I know her leaving has left a void in our lives, we have missed her a lot since she went to stay with Dena. We love you Mary, and feel blessed that you were a part of our lives.

Memory of mary - November 17, 2011
Posted: November 18, 2011 | Last Revised: November 18, 2011
Dena asked me to share a story that I could about my time visiting with her mother. Well, some of our conversations were somewhat lively as they were about politics and we were of different opinions but she always seemed to look forward to me coming back.
The story that amused me or confused me the most was her telling me about the car wreck she had about a year ago just north of the Funeral Home here just east of the Park. At this point her health was declining, so maybe she should not have been driving. HUMMM Anyway she had as she described it as a slow speed blow out of a tire. (not sure I ever heard of one of those before) It caused her to hit a parked car on the street. I listened to the story as she tried to convince me that it was because of the tire and not her driving ability. I will missed her and our visits on delivery day.
