Dear Joan and Family Being so far away in Oregon we just found out about the passing of DA. She was a delightful, warm, fun loving lady and we thought a lot of her. One of my favorite memories of her and Nap are them sitting in their comfortable lawn chairs at the sale ring at the annual El Paso County 4H livestock sale. They were proud supporters of the kids. I am sure you all will miss her terribly and we are so very sorry for your loss. Karen and Clark Absher

To the family of D.A.; I didn't know your Mom to speak of. In knowing her children, out-laws and grandchildren, what a wonderful person she had to be. I have heard stories; seen actions and pictures. D.A. was truly a wife; Mom; mother-in-law and a Grandmother. To be loved and respected like that means everything and tells who she was in life. We who did not know her well; missed out.
