He was my teacher in Jr. High for pre-algebra. I remember how he would stand out in the hallway in between classes with eyes looking in both directions for mayhem. There were never any shenanigans within thirty yards of his classroom door. The world was a safer place when he stood there. My condolences.

When the Huntington YMCA first opened, Bob & Dick Brush took my brother myself
to the recreation room (as guests) to play pool. Must have been early '50's ???.
I will always remember the " Brush twins ".

Sincere condolences to the family of Bob Brush ('60).
Bob & Dick were good friends of my late brother, Lou Czarnowski ('60) back in high school.
Bob was looked up to by all who were athletically inclined in school.
He was a fine example of true sportsmanship.
Rest in peace, Bob............... Amen.

I am so sorry to lose Bob and I know everyone close to him must be heartbroken. I was lucky enough to spend time with Bob skiing, spear fishing and the like.
The first time I met Bob, I was sailing a small boat about a quarter mile off shore when I saw what I thought was Dick swimming near me. I yelled “ Hey Dick. Hey Dick.” Bob shot back “Who are you calling Dick, you asshole?”
It still makes me laugh. I’ll never forgot him.

To the Bob Brush family, I am sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I thought of him and his brother Dick often since our days at Denver University. They were quite a tandem these two from New York. Loved them both. Had a chance to have lunch with Bob and his wife awhile ago during Pam and I's travel thru Denver. RIP

I am deeply sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was an amazing man... he taught me pool and golf both of which I'm still really bad at, but am glad I learned... I enjoyed Bob' stories and his zest for life... Please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss...lots of love, thoughts and prayers to all of the family at this time.
