Shirley and family-We were so sad to hear that Richard passed away. I considered him a good friend...when I was Town Clerk he was very supportive of me and we worked together on a lot of projects. We shared thoughts and ideas and in the process became good friends. I will miss our visits and hearing about all his clever projects. My love and thoughts are with you in your loss. Pat Price
