Dear Cheryl and Larry: We were in Kansas when we heard the news of your mother's passing. Sorry we couldn't be at her service. She was always such a wonderful person. I can still hear her voice during songs at church and that was a long time ago. Now she will be singing in Heaven for sure.
With love and sympathy: Marilyn and Ron

Cheryl, Sorry to read in the Limon Liar that your Mother has passed. I worked at Tucker's for years as a mechanic and wrecker driver. She was always good to me.
She always had good advice as to how things were going on.
I remember her as being the Mother figure that held things together.
At one time I was as poor as a church mouse and didn't want to pay Social Security tax as I needed the money.
She told me,"You pay this now as tough times are coming down the road and one days you will thank me for this."
She was right, as usual, and I do thank her for that now.
When the tornado hit on 6 June she was there to make sure that the right people were coming through her pasture to get into town to take care of everyone.
I am sure nobody on all those law enforcement teams, that were sure they had Limon sealed off, knew how we were getting in there. Love to you, Mike Dollard

Cher and Lar, She was a "Peach". Never to busy to show us the new born "horsies", to take us to the drugstore in Simla for a "pop," to go for a ride and get an ice cream cone and never short on hugs and kisses. She was always the first to laugh and call me "Kiddo". I hold her dearly in my heart and always will. She was my Aunt Rita. Love Annie and Ted
