We grew up in Sterling and knew Jerry most of our lives. We loved him like all who were lucky enough to cross his path did, and will never forget what a kind, caring person he was. We also share sympathy to the families from our Mother, Bobbie Raffaeli.
God rest his soul and welcome him into His kingdom of everlasting love.

My pal - November 21, 2003
Posted: September 24, 2010 | Last Revised: September 24, 2010
Jerry was my first friend in Arriba and also my best friend there. When I first moved to Arriba I had posted an ad for use of a rototiller and he responded. He brought it over for me to use, and even tried running it for me although his back couldn't take it but he sure tried. In so many ways he meant so much to me. Everyday he would drive by with his standard greeting "howdy, neighbor". Just saying that brings tears to my eyes. He was my pal, he helped me with so much while I was there the stories and the thanks I owe him are endless. He was absolutely the most loving good hearted man I've known. Always quick with a joke and story. I will miss him forever. My prayers are with Dale now. God Bless you Jer and I hope your clowning around up there just like you did here.
