Our Circle Island Tour with my dad
Posted: December 30, 2011 | Last Revised: December 30, 2011
I remember when my dad took me and my grandma Janet on his Circle Island tour when he was working for Jacks Tours.I felt so special sitting next to her in the front of the bus. Since everyone on the bus was Japanese, I couldn't understand a thing that the tour guide was saying or what the passengers were saying. My dear grandma was there translating everything for me so that I wouldn't feel left out. She made me laugh so much because the tour guide was talking so fast and she was trying to keep up. I remember my dad would say random things on the microphone to make us laugh and all grandma could say was, "Kristin, your father is so damn stupid..." She made me laugh so hard! My grandma made that day one of the best days of my life. I will never forget how much fun I had with her and all the things we did that day together. She truly was such a wonderful grandma and I will never forget what an amazing woman she was. Forever will she remain in my heart. I LOVE YOU GRANDMA!!!!

jumping in the pool fully clothed
Posted: December 29, 2011 | Last Revised: December 29, 2011
I was about 8 or 9 when grandma came and visited and we were having dinner by the pool while all of the cousins swam and she told me to stay in the shallow end because I couldn't swim just yet but being kolohe I didn't listen and wandered into the deep end and ended up panicking and going under water and all everyone saw was my grandma shoot out of her chair without no hesitation jump into the water and save me she came out of the pool soaked and her shoes ruined but she just hugged me and told me she loved me she was mad though don't get me wrong guys hahahaha
Now that you are in heaven grandma I know whenever I may be drowning in life you will be right there to rescue me as you always have been.

International Coffee - December 28, 2011
Posted: December 28, 2011 | Last Revised: December 28, 2011
One day I played a joke on my Aunt Janet. My Uncle had told me how much she just loved her International Coffee. So I called her up one day and said I was a representative for International Coffee and we heard how much she liked our coffee would she take a survey.
I had her going until I couldn't hold the laughter in. She couldn't help but laugh as well.
What a lucky person I am to have known her.
