Obituary of Frances Sandoval

Longtime Burlington, Colorado resident, Mary Frances Irene Sandoval passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital in Burlington. She was 65 years old. Frances was born on February 2, 1948 to Victoriano and Josephina (Chaves) Sandoval in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was one of three children born to this union. She attended school in Santa Fe, New Mexico up through the 8th grade. She had two girls; Lorrie Arias and Anna Frecks. Frances was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Burlington. She enjoyed going gambling and playing bingo. One of her biggest joys was spending time with her five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother; Toby Sandoval, two nephews; Victor Martinez and Edward Schaal, and one great nephew; Phillip Montoya. Left to cherish her memories are her daughters; Lorrie and husband Hector Arias and their children Michael and Crystal of Burlington, Colorado, Anna and husband Don Frecks and their children Victoria, Kaylee and Faith of Edwardsville, Kansas, nieces; Debbie and husband Kenny Thomas of Burlington, Diana and husband Pino Montoya of Burlington, nephew; Joe Martinez of Colorado Springs, Colorado, great nieces; Julia Rouse and Nathan of Burlington, Amanda Sandoval of Burlington, Colorado, Alexis Martinez of Burlington, Colorado, Saraya Martinez of Colorado Springs, Colorado, great nephews; Blake Thomas of Burlington, Colorado, David Martinez of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Anthony Sandoval of Burlington, Colorado, Cole Mitchell of Burlington, Colorado, Cody Martinez of Burlington, Colorado, Justin Towers of Brighton, Colorado, one great great nephew Brenner Rouse of Burlington, Colorado and one sister, Lettie Schaal of Burlington, Colorado.
