Orin and family. I am so sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. I can remember many days at the fair with all of you, along with Mom and Dad. I still have, and wear, the personalized belt that she made for me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Dear Orin and family,
I just heard about Cheryl today, the 16th anniversary of my Dad's passing. You and your family were there for us at a time of sadness and loss. I so wish we could have been there for you as well. Cheryl was a beautiful lady. I have many special memories of her from my Burlington years. The first memory of her being our "egg lady" . I remember Warren asking her if she wanted to come in for tea.
You are in our prayers to be comforted.
Love and prayers,
Steve and LuAnne

Memories - April 14, 2014
Posted: April 14, 2014 | Last Revised: April 14, 2014
Cheryl was my aunt. What I have to share really isn't a story as much as it is memorable things about her.
When we'd gather for family dinners at grandma's house (Cheryl's mother-in-law) and Orin & Cheryl arrived I remember that she always greeted each person by name and asked how you were - not just a general "Hello" to everyone.
She had an incredible smile and she shared it often! Her laugh was unique to her and she had a great sense of humor. I will miss that.
Finally, when you talked to her she always looked you in the eye and was genuinely interested in what you had to say. There could be 50 other people in the room but when she was was visiting with you, she was really present with you.
I didn't see her often but I will certainly miss how she made me feel when I did. It sounds trite to say she was a "nice lady" but she truly was.
