I worked with Christie at the Limon Leader back in the late '80's... she was expecting Kelsie at the time, but being pregnant didn't slow her down. She was always full of energy, had a sharp sense of humor and made work a fun day, every day. We've kept in contact over the years, as our careers took off in different directions. You could always count on a straight answer, and no apologies when you asked her opinion. Something rare, and treasured. God speed, Christie. Your fight here is over... now go spice things up in Heaven!
