Obituary of William Soto

Burlington, Colorado resident William Soto passed away unexpectedly on November 7, 2014. He was 51 years old. William was born on September 28, 1963 in New York City, New York to Jose Ernesto and Gladys Bernadette (Nieves) Soto. He was one of three children. William attended school in New York and graduated high school in 1981. He moved to Burlington in 2007. He was a correctional officer for the Kit Carson Correctional Facility until health issues prevented him from working anymore. On July 3, 2010, William married Donna Lorraine Sinel at the Kit Carson County Carousel in Burlington. Together they had four wonderful years. William was a mentor to all the neighborhood kids, and was always available if anyone wanted to chat. William is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Donna, one brother Efraim Morales of Florida, and one sister Maria Dolores Soto of New York.
