Obituary of Irene E. Dole

Irene Elizabeth Dole was born on May 10th, 1930, to Guy and Florance Nicks. She grew up in the Matheson area. On September 11, 1948, she wed Harold Dole. This union was blessed with four boys. Harold and Irene stayed in the Matheson area and raised cattle. Besides being wife and homemaker, Irene had various jobs. She worked at the sale barn, Super 8 Motel and at a bakery. She enjoyed farming and cattle, gardening, crocheting, quilting, and spending time with her grandchildren. Irene passed peacefully at home on February 3, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, and one son. She is survived by her husband , three sons, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one cat and one dog.
