Obituary of James Gene Fulmer

James Gene Fulmer was born to his parents Leroy and Allene Fulmer on March 8, 1942 in Holdrege, Nebraska. James Passed away on August 3, 2022 surrounded by many friends and family in Simla, Colorado. He spent his childhood in Holdrege as well as attended high school there as well.
On July 31, 1960 James married his beautiful wife Carolyn Sue Brewster.
In 1971 James and his family moved to Colorado, Throughout James life he was a Carpenter and a Repair man, where he built houses and preformed home Improvements. He collected old antique John Deere tractors and other farm equipment. He would take tractors all over the state of Colorado to Tractor Pulls. He was well known for his love of pulling children around in his Barrel Train in Simla, Limon, Calhan and Ramah.
He loved fishing and camping with his Grandchildren. James was never seen without his dog Tardo by his side.
James is survived by his wife Carolyn Fulmer of Simla, Colorado and his Son Jeff Fulmer. Sister Sue White. Grandchildren Todd Fulmer of Colorado Springs, Ryan and Jessica Fulmer of Simla, Lindsay of Simla and Eric. Great Grandchildren Alex Katz and Emily Katz, Laney Fulmer, Easton Fulmer and Aubrey Fulmer.
He is proceeded in death by his daughter Laurie Ann, his Mother and Father, two Brothers and one Sister.
