Obituary of Jacqueline Joan Hasz
Jacqueline (Jackie) Joan (Ravenkamp) Hasz was born August 22, 1944, in Hobbs N.M. to Charles and Lorraine Ravenkamp. She passed away quietly on June 25, 2022, at the Lincoln Community Hospital. She attended Hugo High School graduating in May 1962 and later that year enrolled in cosmetology college in Aurora.
Jackie was united in holy matrimony to Jack Eugene Hasz on September 22, 1962. The union was blessed with 4 children: Rhonda Lynn, Roger Eugene, Rob Eugene, and Ryan Eugene. Most of their marriage they were actively involved in farming and ranching and raising their children. After settling in Flagler,
Jackie worked for the First National Bank of Flagler for many years until she developed serious health issues and had to resign.
Jackie was an active member of the Flagler community and was a member of the Catholic Church. She had a generous spirit and loving personality. Jackie was always ready and willing to help anybody who came to her with a need. Because of her Christian values, she always would find the positive side of life’s difficulties. She loved cooking especially pancakes and was forever sweeping her kitchen floor, every Saturday it was put to a bright shine. She was a meticulous seamstress and designed quilts, clothing, and many other sewing projects. One of her many kind attributes were remembering each of the family members on their birthdays and anniversaries by sending them a card. Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. Later in life her most enjoyable times were just being with family especially seeing her grandchildren looking at the pictures and hearing about their stories. Her precious hands would hold you strong and she never wanted to let you leave.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of: her husband Jack of Flagler CO, children: Rhonda Rightnour (Mark) from TX two granddaughters Rachel and Rebekah and 2 great grandsons, Jayden and Graysen, Rob (Socorro) Hasz Flagler, CO and granddaughter Jade, Ryan of Oregon and granddaughter Kodie, siblings Carol (Gary) Hasz from Tulsa OK, Stan (MaryJo) Limon CO, Vivian (Larry) Bartels Phx, AZ and Lyle (Richelle) Ravenkamp Cheyenne WY, a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, Sister-in-law Rita Riddle Greeley, CO and many other relatives and friends.
