Obituary of Aymara Anne Walkinshaw
Our little Honeybee, Aymara Anne Walkinshaw, was born on Thursday, May 12, 2022, in Gilcrest, Colorado. The beautiful, precious baby girl weighed 8 pounds and was 21 ¾ inches long. She was perfect – too perfect for this world – and Aymara met the eyes of Jesus on that same day.
In the short time Aymara was with us, she gave us a lifetime of Love. She was an active little baby and she either really hated or really loved riding in the car, because this is when she seemed to be the most excited. She was busy growing bigger every day and she had the hiccups on a regular basis. We watched her grow and witnessed her beautiful hair and her strong heartbeat in the ultrasound pictures. She played a lot, and she loved to wiggle!
Aymara’s Mama talked with her all the time about all the places they would go and the things that they would do. They took long walks together so her big brother, Zig, could chase his ball. Aymara was just like her Mom…. slow and chill…..as witnessed during her birth. Zero rush, exactly like her Mama. Her room is full of big bows, plants, flowers, Love, and Light. She was told “I Love You” an uncountable number of times and she has a family who really, really love her. We will grieve her loss for a lifetime.
`I carried you every second of your life and I will love you every second of mine. `
`As long as I can, I will look at this world for the both of us. As long as I can, I will laugh with the birds, I will sing with the flowers, I will pray with the stars – for both of us.`
