Obituary of Hilda Mary Kelly

Hilda Mary Kelly, 80, of Limon was born July 2, 1941, and passed from this world after a long illness December 16, 2021. She was born in Philadelphia, PA to James Scott and Elizabeth Scott (Lees). Hilda was raised in the Philadelphia area and received her Bachelor's degree in education from Lycoming College. For decades, she enjoyed teaching with the majority of her time being spent at Agate Elementary School teaching second, third, and fourth grade. Hilda also loved genealogy and travel. She especially enjoyed tracing her family roots and visiting Ireland. Hilda was a long-time member of the Limon Bible Chapel. Hilda is survived by her children Robert (Julie) Kelly of Castle Pines, CO; Steve Kelly of Limon, CO; and grandchildren Riley Kelly and Alli Kelly of Castle Pines, CO. She is preceded in death by her sister Carol. There will be a memorial service held Friday, December 31, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Love Funeral Home Chapel in Limon, CO 80828.
