This was an amazing man. Full of life to the very end. I only knew "Pops" from bowling with him over the last several years. Even into his 90's, he could "kick your butt" on the lanes. And, he wanted to win. There was no taking it easy because he was old. It was a sad day for all of us when we found out that he was just to weak to bowl. We all miss having "Pops" in the house.
I would like to acknowledge the difference he has made in one particular man's life. I don't know the whole story. But, I do know that he has been one of the, if not the guiding forces in Shawn Lee's life. As Shawn has said so many times, he would not be the man he is today, if were not for "Pops". So, thank you sir, for helping to shape Shawn into the man he is today. Well done.
