Obituary of William Austin Phillips

William Austin Phillips was born in Denver, Colorado on December 11, 1955, to George Ellis Phillips and Erma Fay Stacy (Phillips). William passed away on April 7, 2021 in Aurora, Colorado. William received his Associates Degree in Photography. On July 15, 1989, He married Patricia in Centennial, CO. He was a care taker for his children. He had numerous interests, photography, crime dramas, trivia, collecting things, Eagle art, and Church service. He loved his children, grandchildren and his dogs. He loved to talk and spend time with his wife\ eternal companion. William was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he also served a two year mission for the church, and he volunteered as a fireman and EMT in Aurora, CO. William is survived by his wife Patricia Phillips, of Hugo, CO. His children; Carrie Dawn Pottberg of Warren, PA William Austin Phillips Jr, (Carly) of Peyton, CO, Jeremiah Aaron Phillips of Hugo, CO, Jennifer Marie Phillips (Bobbit Warren) of Hugo, CO, Sarah Angelica Ann Wright (Josh) of Limon, CO, grandchildren, Nickolas Herch, of South Fork, CO, Ayden Herch of South Fork, CO, Shaela Phillips of Preston, ID, Dextin Phillips of Preston, ID, Pacen Phillips, of Peyton, CO, Alexa Moses, of Peyton CO, Cardeah Warren, of Hugo, CO. His brothers, Randy Phillips, (Lynn) of Aurora, CO, Gerald Phillips, (Emmaly), of Bennett, CO, his sisters, Sherri Whitcomb (Richard) of Colorado Springs, CO, Teresa Gulbandson, of NE. His mother Erma Faye. He is preceded in death by his daughter Summer Angel, brother, George Phillips, and his father, George Ellis Phillips. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday April 14, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 13975 Monument, Calhan, CO 80808
