Obituary of Raynee S. Woods
Raynee was a loving mother, grandmother and widow. Went home to be with the Lord September 5, 2020 at age 63 due to sudden onset of medical complications but was surrounded by family during her final hours on earth.
Raynee is survived by her three sons, Rusty, Michael and Ryan Chapman; her daughter-in-law & wife of Rusty, Rebecca Delarosa-Chapman; her grandchildren, Marcus Schriner, Brody Chapman, Jubilee Delarosa, (Junior) Russell Chapman; her brother Michael Plumley; her aunt, aka “sister” Carol Kaylor; and her uncle Charles Feidner.
Raynee was born in Wilmington,California, daughter of LaMone and Donny Horton , but raised by her grandparents Ruth and Russell Kaylor.
Raynee’s childhood was quite the adventure, she was a firecracker of a teenager and then matured into a lovely young lady. She met her first husband Russell Chapman through family during her senior year in high school and married. During her first marriage her son’s were born which fulfilled her life long dream of being a mother. Then sometime later they divorced and she married her second husband Randal Woods. In 1994 they moved from California to Colorado.
She was a very loving, caring, thoughtful and compassionate person,
always stood strong in her faith in the Lord,
willing to help others a lot of the time before helping herself,
no matter how badly anyone treated her she always treated them with kindness and always wished the best for them.
Supportive and proud of all her children, grandchildren and friends. Family was always a priority for her.
Always made an impact on anyone she came in contact with and will be missed greatly.
