Obituary of Jack H. Walden

Early Saturday morning, July 18, 2020, Jack H. Walden passed away quietly in his sleep at the Lincoln Community Nursing Home in Hugo Colorado. Jack was born in Deertrail Colorado to William and Mae Walden on February 4, 1925. Jack married Marjorie Pisel in December 1945. Jack was a carpenter and a rancher. He loved his horses and cattle and working with all his animals Jack was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Marjorie, his life partner Elsie Killey and his son-in-law Larry Cooper. He is survived by daughters Karen Cooper, Susan Weightman, his son-in-law Jay Weightman, and Elsie’s sons Jim Killey, Jack Killey and their families. Also survived by his granddaughter Mary Ann Williams, her husband Matt Williams, his grandson Matthew Weightman, his great-granddaughter Jessica Stambaugh and many nieces and nephews. Jack has requested that there be no funeral or grave side services.
