Obituary of Shirley Conger
Lifelong Burlington, Colorado resident, Shirley Ann Conger passed away on May 17, 2015 at the Brookside Inn Assisted Living in Castle Rock. She was 79 years old.
Shirley was born on November 9, 1935 in Burlington, Colorado.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Burlington.
Shirley enjoyed her pets, her beloved Martha doll and Teddy, coloring, listening to music, loved to have bible stories read to her, most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends and she was loved by many.
Because of her DDI training she was able to give back to her community through the manufacture of irrigation sox and then by working in the kitchen at Grace Manor.
She is preceded in death by her parents Harley and Helene Conger, sister Carol and a ½ brother Pete Conger.
Those left to cherish her memories are a ½ brother Harley Conger, Jr. of Renton, WA and numerous nieces, nephews and a truckload of cousins who will miss her cheerful outlook on life.
