I have was saddened to hear of Ted's passing. I have such fond memories of my brother and I spending time with Ted, learning how to ride a horse and eating his "sour dough" pancakes. He was a special man and will be greatly missed. It was a true blessing to have known him.

Guenella Pass - October 5, 1996
Posted: May 14, 2012 | Last Revised: May 14, 2012
I am sorry to hear of Ted's passing. I met Ted in the fall of 1996 while camping and hiking in Guenalla Pass. We shared many stories and I felt like family to him. He shared many of his war experiences with me along with the loss of his wife and son. I feel my life was blessed from knowing him and sharing time with him.
He told me many times he wanted his name etched in the triangular shaped rock on the right after you turn left on the road to the area where we camped. I have synced moved from Colorado but hope whoever reads this can make it happen.
God bless you Ted. I will always cherish the memories of the time spent with you.
