Charles Orville Golding, 81, passed away at home in Riverton, WY.
Charles was born on September 03, 1925 in Hennessey, OK to Orville and Sarah (Patten) Golding. He was one of six children. The family moved to Colorado in 1938.
Charles married Mary Schuster in Goodland, KS on December 23, 1944 and to this union three children were born, the marriage was later dissolved. He then married Marjorie Hendricks on February 14, 1975 in Kutch, CO. They moved to Riverton, Wyoming in 1978 and were later divorced.
Charles spent most of his life as a farmer/rancher in the Rush area. He also was a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and bowling.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Marjorie Buckman and Martha Sams and daughter-in-law Corrine Golding.
Charles is survived by his children; Edward and his wife Frances Golding of Calhan, CO, David Golding of Rush, CO and Linda Golding of Laramie, WY. He is also survived by his brothers; Donald Golding of Rush, CO, Tom and wife Judy Golding of Limon, CO, and sister, Maxine West of Mesquite, TX, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Love Funeral Home Chapel in Limon, CO with Pastor Rick Cofer officiating. Inurnment will follow at a latter date in the Kanza Cemetery in Rush, CO.
