To all of Frances's family, What a precious lady she was, both of my boys loved, as you put it "Frances Food". Frances would always tell my mother, Linda & I, how much she liked are son Kenny, he would come back to the serving line, tell her how great the food was and always asked, with a little twinkle in his eye, if he could have seconds of something almost every day. Of course he was granted his second go round most of the time. They dearly loved her cinnamon rolls. We lived for several years across the alley from Frances and the boys were always going to visit Frances, of course they always knew she wood have cookies or something fresh out of the oven and of course always had some lemonade. Frances had more heart and love in her little finger than many people had in their entire body. She was so very special in the lives of many, we are thankful that we were lucky enough to know this special lady, I know both my boys will be saddened when I pass the news on to them, but the wonderful, fond memories will overcome the sadness. God bless, you are in out thoughts and prayers, Sincerely, George and Linda Tyrrell

My heart is with you today. Fritzi was an awesome aunt. I have wonderful memories of going to their farm. I'd wake up about the time we hit the washboards on the dirt road to see kangaroo rats frozen in the head lights amid the surrounding darkness. Finally the beam from their yard light would reach out to weldome us. Blackie would keep us at bay in the car until George & Fritzi came to give their approval and welcome us with open arms. Oh, how I loved to be there! It was my dream world. George was my Dilly Bar Uncle and Aunt Fritzi always wanted to know "Whatcha doin' girl?" I remember curling up in the feather tick in the upstairs watching thunderstorms at night and waking to the smell of bacon, sausage, and eggs weaving its way through the lattice work of the small floor grid which allowed the warm air to heat the upstairs. I loved everything about them, their special children, and the farm except the chickens! With love and admiration, Diana Garr (Henry Goebel's daughter)

Jean, Jerry, and families, We are so sorry about the passing of your mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We have such great memories of her - my earliest being when she and Aunt Ethel would come visit my Grandma Mabel. Between the three of them Grandma's house would be filled with the delicacies of the Goebel girls - all of them were excellent cooks. My Grandma looked forward to their visits and the news from "home". Aunt Frances will be greatly missed. She worked very hard and had a very full life. With sympathy, Peggy, Tom, Thomas and Laura

I'm glad my son had a chance to meet his great great Aunt Frances. When we visited her, she had cold lemonade waiting...and yummy cookies. Such a fine lady...now together with her husband and all her brothers and sisters.

To her family & friends, What an honorable & sweet lady she was & ever will be. She had me help her bake pies for the church fair booth. What a priviledge, to bake for a lady who was a champion baker. My sincere sympathies.
