Kent was born to Orman Kenneth and Louise (Wann) Hamacher of Simla, Colorado on January 16, 1967. He was welcomed home by six doting brothers and sister.
He attended the Simla Schools for all of his school years, where he made life long friends. Kent graduated in 1986 and soon after married his high school sweetheart Kathy (Hasenbalg) Hamacher on July 5, 1986. He graduated from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance.
Kent and Kathy were blessed with three beautiful children, Brittany Renee (18), Joshua Kyle (16) and Mikala Nicole (11).
