Jacobsen family: After knowing Evelyn for years thru The Legacy and then Grace Manor, I want to express my heartfelt sympathy to you all. I will never forget the year I washed and fixed her hair for her birthday party so she would like nice. She smiled SO big and felt so beautiful!! It was a special memory of her!
