Dad, it has only been three weeks since you left us. Time has gone on but my heart has stood still in time. I look at this website and see your face and name in the obituaries, but I still can't believe you are gone. I will always love you and know that I had the best Dad anyone could ever ask for. I know you are in a better place now, but I miss you so much. I will always remember the good times we had, the long talks we shared and most of all your warm hugs and kisses and assurance you always gave me that everything would always be okay no matter how bad it seemed to me. I knew you were always there to make things okay and now you are gone, but I still know everything is okay, as you are always near to me in my memories,a prayer, or a picture. I will always remember the peace that surrounded you the night you left us and went to be with the Angels. You will always be my Daddy and I will love you forever. Love, Sandy

Heaven Our Real Home I am home in heaven, dear one's, Oh, so happy and so bright, There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, Every restless tossing passes; I am now at peace forever Safely home in heaven at last. And he came himself to meet me In that way so hard to tread and with Jesus' arm to lean on could I have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely For I love you dearly still. Try to look beyond earth's shadows. Pray to trust our Father's will. There is still work waiting for you so you must not idly stand. Do it now, while life remaineth. You shall rest in Jesus' land. When that work is all completed He will gently call you home; Oh the rapture of that meeting, Oh the joy to see you come.

Dad you were so special to me. Because of you I am the person I am today. You were always my right hand through all the good and bad things that I went through. When little Kim passed away you were right beside me in enduring that; now by the grace of God you are with her and Mother now! You are no longer in that terrible pain and fog of confusion of not being able to remember things.I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. I had the best Dad in the whole wide world and my children had the best grandpa ever and your great gradchildren loved you dearly. You were always there for all of us on all the special Holidays, graduations and made each one so special. There is definately an emptiness in our hearts. YOU ARE VERY VERY SPECIAL. I MISS YOU SO MUCH.

Dear Max, I started writing a letter but ran out of room. You were special to me and my family. So many times my parents counted on you for rides to the Doctor, train depot, school functions, and just being there as a good, good friend. I am saddened to lose a person that was such a part of my childhood. I will miss your warmth and humor. Your children were lucky to have you.

We miss you Grandpa! Hi everyone - we wish we could be there next week to celebrate Grandpa Max's life. Grandpa was an incredible guy and now he's in an incredible place. While we miss him, we are so happy for him. You are all in our prayers. While it's hard to let go, we remember that death died a long time ago!! Grandpa is alive today. He's without pain, and he's smiling big. And we'll see him before you know it. Love from Singapore - Ted, Leslee, David, McCaffrey, and Aimee Bray Got dandruff and some of it itches :-)

I just want each of you to know how sad I was to hear of Max's passing. He is forever tied to my memories of my family in Colorado. In fact, I know my parents counted him as one of the family, and he was a true and loyal friend to them both during their lives. When I think of Max, I think of his smile and his gentle, sweet nature. He will be well-rewarded in Heaven. And he will always hold a special place in my heart. I will keep you all in my prayers as you navigate the days ahead.
