Obituary of Wendell Hull
Wendell Neal Hull was born November 17th, 1919 to Virgel and Maude (Kidwell) Hull. He entered into heaven on June 24, 2010 at the Keefe Memorial Hospital. His place of birth was the home where his parents first lived after they homesteaded south of Arapahoe, Colorado. He was the third of five children. His siblings were Bonnie Hull Malpasso, Maureen Hull, Virgel Lee (Buster) Hull, and Wanda Hull Ross. Wendell attended all 12 years of school in Arapahoe, Colorado and graduated from there in 1934.
He married Ruth Louise Harold on July 30th, 1940. To this marriage was born Sandra Kay Hull (Bill) Roth, Patricia Louise (Joe) Frisbee and Wendell Warren Hull.
He and his family lived on the original homestead, the 5 Heart ranch until he and Ruth moved to Cheyenne Wells in 2000.
Wendell was preceded in death by his parents, Virgel and Maude, his siblings, Bonnie, Maureen, Buster, and Wanda and by his granddaughter, Caren Haraughty.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 70 years, Ruth, his three children, Sandie, Patti, and WW, his grandchildren, Tamera (Ray) Brown, Cassa (Rick) Haney, Craig (Julie), Patrick (Nicole) Haraughty, Tracy (Bryce) Walker, Travis Hull, Patrick and DeeAnn Haraughty, Adrienne and Jeanine Frisbee, Heidi ( Josh) Colley, Paige Hull, Kristina Hull, and Brady Hull.
He is also survived by his great grandchildren, Tori and Trey Brown, Sunne, Abbee and Riley Haney, Kahlee, Blake, Kenli, and Beau Roth, Derek, Payton, and Hayden Walker, Kelley, Maisie, Parker, and Charli Haraughty.
Wendell is also survived by a great great grandchild Braxton Kern.
