Pat, Brad. Joyce, and Jason and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I had not heard of her death till now. I always considered Frances a good friend. We had much fun taking on different projects around house, Some worked and some didn't. She will be missed I know by the family that she loved so dearly. Again, please accept my sympathy to all!
