Obituary of Patricia A Nadolsky

Pat Nadolsky of Limon, Colorado passed away peacefully at home on March 18, 2017. She was born on September 30, 1954 in Bellville, Kansas to Francis and Carolee (Roman) Jones.
Pat along with her brothers Bill, Rich, Jim, Bob, and her mother moved back to Limon after her father passed away.
Pat attended Limon Public School until her mother moved to Denver – short stay – then back to Limon. She then attended Morgan Community College.
Pat and her mother owned and operated several restaurants in the Limon area. The most famous was of course the Cozy Café on Main St.
After the Cozy Café closed in the 1980’s, Pat moved to Las Vegas for a change of scenery. There, she met her husband Michael. The two lived in Las Vegas until 1991 when they returned to Limon where Pat worked for Rip Griffins-Alco. Finally, Pat went to work for Mountain View Electric for 15 years until her recent retirement.
Pat loved spending time with family and friends and cooking for everyone.
She was preceded in death by her mother Carolee Roman, Father Frank Jones and older brother Bill Hoyt.
She is survived by her husband Mike Nadolsky of Limon, CO; Older brothers Richard Hoyt of Manhattan, KS, Jim Hoyt of Hugo, CO, and Robert Hoyt of Denver, CO; and two nieces Brenda Royball of Denver, CO and Stacy Mills of Sydney, NE.
