Obituary of Lynne D. Pennington
Lynne was born and raised in Wisconsin, she attended grade school and all thru her high school years in Salem, Wisconsin. She graduated in 1969.
She continued on with her schooling in 1973 she graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana with a BA in History 1976. University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa with PC's in Libraries and Information Centers 1980. Attended Black Hawk Technical College, Janesville, Wisconsin with an AA in CIS 1998. Also attended Experior Corporations, Ft. Wayne, Indiana with Database Sets and Structures, Database Administration, Clinic Billing Systems 1990.
She worked numerous jobs thru out her life from being an editor to teaching and one of her life experiences was working at the Wolf Rescue Organization, Lake George, Colorado. One of her biggest passion in life was to rescue animals.
She wrote two Historical mysteries, in which she never had published because she didn't think they would go anywhere. She also did personal website development. She also taught aerobics and belly dancing for parks and recreation departments and at community colleges.
She loved to travel and spent sometimes in England.
She married Rick McCaffry in 1972 they later divorced in 1996. She was on a hunt for her " Cowboy" from Colorado she found him in 1999 and married the love of her life in 2001 in Woodland Park, Colorado.
She is survived by her loving husband Rick Pennington of 15 and a half years, Wray, Colorado. Rick's daughter Elaine of Longview, Texas. Her mother, Eva Grams of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Her Brother Jed Grams, wife Terri and daughter Erin all of Green Bay, Plus numerous friends she had met.
She is preceded in death by her father Dormond Grams.
Lynne's wishes were to be cremated and no services held.
