Obituary of Agnes Cibolski

Burlington, Colorado resident Agnes V. Cibolski, 87, died Sunday morning October 2, 2005 at the Grace Manor Care Center, Burlington. Agnes was born September 8, 1918 in Seibert, Colorado to Veronica (Studer) and Albert Dalgetty. On October 22, 1946 Agnes was united in marriage to Clyde Paul Cibolski at the St. Charles Catholic Church in Stratton, Colorado. After they were married they moved to a farm north of Ruleton, Kansas. In 1955 they moved to Stratton, and shortly after Clyde’s death in 1990 Velma moved to Burlington. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Charles Catholic Church in Stratton and the Altar Rosary Society. Preceding Agnes in death were her parents, her husband, one sister Naomi Young and one brother Vincent Dalgetty. Surviving family members include two daughters; Diane Albertson and her husband Darold of Burlington and Linda Miltenberger and her husband Raymond of Stratton. Also surviving are one brother Marvin Dalgetty of Arizona, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday October 6, 2005 at the St. Charles Catholic Church, Stratton with Father Ernest Bond, presider. Burial followed in the Calvary Cemetery, Stratton. Musicians were Barbara Rueb, soloist and Staci Brachtenbach, pianist. A parish rosary was held Wednesday October 5 at St. Charles Catholic Church. Memorials may be made in Agnes’s name to the St. Charles Catholic Church, and may be left at or sent to the First National Bank, 107 S. 14th Street, Burlington, CO 80807.
